It has also identified eight airports where it will initially provide aircraft line maintenance services, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Thiruvananthapuram. The MRO service, available from Nov-06 and starting with GoAirs A320s, will be expanded to up to 30 airports by 2011. The JV also plans to establish:

• Heavy maintenance facility: Expected to be functional by 2007, although a location has not been selected;
• Aerospace academy: Capacity to train 100 technicians and 50 engineers annually.
