Central Government is inviting (08-Dec-06) bids from five previously short-listed consulting firms for city-side development of 25 non-metro airports.
Airports include, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Guwahati, Jaipur, Udaipur, Trivandrum, Lucknow, Goa, Madurai, Mangalore, Agatti, Aurangabad, Khajuraho, Rajkot, Vadodara, Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur, Vishakapatnam, Trichy, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Patna, Port Blair, Varanasi, Agartala, Dehradun, Imphal, Ranchi, Raipur, Agra, Chandigarh, Dimapur, Jammu and Pune.
The remaining ten non-metro airports, currently undergoing techno-economic feasibility studies by the Airports Authority of India, are not included in the development programme. |
