Kingfisher Airlines - Outcome of Board Meeting

Kingfisher Airlines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2009, inter alia, has decided to initiate steps for induction of capital not exceeding Rs 500 crores by way of equity and to explore with the Merchant Bankers the most expeditious way of doing so.
