Announcement: Spicejet Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on July 13, 2010 made allotment of 57,188,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as per following details consequent upon exercise of conversion option by FCCB holders:

1. Name of Allottee: WLR Recovery III (India) Ltd.

- No. of Shares Allotted: 2,029,280

2. Name of Allottee: WLR Recovery IV/ESC (India) Ltd.

- No. of Shares Allotted: 19,739,360

3. Name of Allottee: India Asset Recovery Fund Ltd.

- No. of Shares Allotted: 25,273,760

4. Name of Allottee: WLR/GS (India) Ltd.

No. of Shares Allotted: 10,146,400.
